The card you are placing on file is only used for the terms under the cancellation policy. This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations/ reschedules. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed. -LATE ARRIVALS: All clients receive a 10 minutes grace period for your scheduled appointment. If you are still serviced after that, you will be a assessed a $10 late fee. -NO-SHOWS / LATE CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULES: No shows and late cancellations will be charged 100% of their service. Unfortunately, filling spots within that timeframe is nearly impossible. The Glam Bar will no longer accept rescheduling within a 24 hour period. You will need to cancel your appointment and schedule for another date and your card will be charged for the appointment. There will be absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS! If you card on file has insufficient funds or is no longer active, you will be required to pay for all future appointments in advance prior to booking. The Glam Bar takes pride in providing clients with the best possible service. Our goal is to always respect, extend grace and understanding as much as possible! However, please understand that we have to implement and enforce the policies and procedures that benefit the business.
